Keanu Reeves Debuts in Man of Tai Chi

After a long haitus from the big screen, Keanu Reeves is back with   a kung fu movie- genre he had always loved. Man of Tai Chi tells the story of a young martial artist who was forced to grapple in a Beijing's underground fight club. The story may not be new ( remember Van Damme's movies in the 80s & 90s ? ). But I think it's still worth our bucks for the following reasons:

  1. This is Reeve's directorial debut. It would be nice to see how he  fare in his new venture.
  2. Tiger Chen who plays the main character, is the choreographer of  Matrix trilogy and Charlie's Angels. He also worked on projects such as Kill Bill and  Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon. So you can expect impressive action scenes.
  3. Director John Woo ( Face/Off, Mission Impossible 2 ) praised the quality of the movie. What better endorsement could you ask for?
